• Credit/Debit Card Fees:  All payments made by debit/credit cards will have a $2.50 Card Processing Fee added to the total amount due up to $50.00, and 2.8% of the total balance after that.

Failure to receive a bill does not relieve your obligation to pay by the due date.

As of December 1, 2023, WRWA will offer their customers optional water leak repair coverage. ServLine is a third-party company WRWA has partnered with to offer their leak coverage services to all WRWA customers. ServLine will provide up to $2,500 coverage per occurrence. In the event of a costly water bill caused by high water usage due to a qualifying leak or line break, ServLine will cover the costly utility bill once the active cause of the leak has been repaired.

All eligible WRWA residential customers are automatically enrolled in our optional water leak protection plan. There is a $2.35 monthly charge that will appear on your water bill.

As of December 1, 2023, West Robertson Water Authority will no longer offer leak adjustments.

Declining Protection

Call (615) 696-6068 to decline protection and accept full responsibility for all excess water charges caused by a leak. This coverage is optional and the customer has the option to opt out of this protection at anytime. 

There is a $30.00 fee for each returned check, bank draft and chargeback. Customers will be notified of the returned item by mail. Customers with three or more failed transactions returned to our office will no longer be able to make payments with a check or by automatic draft.
